Fitzella Privacy Policy

Fitzella (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use the Fitzella mobile application (“the App”).

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address and authentication details (via our backend provider, Supabase)

Fitness and Health Data

• Workout sessions, exercises, sets, reps, and weights you log
• Training program data and progression history
• Any notes or ad hoc exercises you add manually

Subscription and Payment Information

• Subscription status and transaction history, processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store
• We do not directly collect or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat

Device and Usage Data

• Basic technical data (device type, app version, crash logs) to help us maintain and improve the App

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide core app functionality (workout logging, program tracking, history)
• Process subscription payments and manage your paid tier access
• Maintain, secure, and improve the App

3. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following third parties, solely to operate the App:

Supabase	Authentication, database storage, backend infrastructure
RevenueCat	Subscription and payment management
Apple App Store / Google Play	Payment processing, app distribution

These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are contractually or technically restricted from using it for other purposes.

4. Data Retention

• Workout and program data is retained as long as your account is active
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 6)

5. Health Data Disclaimer

Fitzella is a fitness tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable

7. Children’s Privacy

Fitzella is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including server-side handling of all sensitive API credentials, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
