To request deletion of your Fitzella account, email support@fitzella.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account.
Once we receive your request, your account and all associated data — including workout history, progress data, and profile information — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Some data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. billing records for tax/accounting purposes, retained for up to 7 years).
